Role: The PMO analyst will help in building one of the banks major competencies that is Project Management.. you will be part of the PMO team that will introduce major project change management and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
To assist in building an enterprise-wide standard for project management methodology, tools, skills, and knowledge
To Track project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, & issues and report the results to the concerned parties in timely manner.
To assist in introducing project change management, cost tracking, resource planning, and project prioritization.
To maintain and document the PMO processes and methodology including monitoring systems for projects, budget, communications, issues and risk logs.
To ensure compliance with a consistent and uniform set of project policies, procedures, methodologies and standards throughout the organization.
Requirements:
• Project management certification is required.
• Excellent analysis skills as they relate to project management, planning and plans development in the Financial Services settings.
• Knowledge of formulating project plans and developing effective techniques to translate business requirements into well-structured plans.
• Administering Microsoft Project Server and Project Portfolio Server experience is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in training and coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of project management concepts including scope, cost, schedule and resource.
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle including different phases and deliverables.
• Knowledge in project issues management, risk management, and change management.
• Working experience using project planning and management tools.
