The role:
Reporting to the HR Director you will be in charge of all HR matters for the production areas of the organisation.
The role will cover all operational aspects of HR from recruitment, retention, employee relations to organisation development, etc.
You will be a proactive partner to line management at all levels within the organisation. Your HR expertise will allow you to develop solutions to respond to the needs and challenges of the organisation and to construct strong relationships with all your points of contact. You will also manage varying HR related projects with a view to increasing the firm’s efficiency.
Your profile:
You ideally have a commercial diploma with additional training in HR and at least 5 years experience in a similar role. A native French speaker, you also have full fluency in English. Knowledge of Swiss labour laws is essential.
